In Ozobot Blockly Builders, students level up their coding skills by designing and programming more advanced challenges with Ozobot Blockly.

From solving branching paths to building interactive animations, kids transform their ideas into reality through structured coding projects. Every activity encourages them to think critically, debug their work, and collaborate with peers, all while having fun with robotics. About Robotics: Ozobots Blockly Builders
Ozo Blockly Builders is aligned with computer science education standards, emphasizing intermediate programming concepts and design thinking. Students practice skills tied to the CSTA K–12 Computer Science Standards, including loops, conditionals, and algorithms, as well as the ISTE Standards for Students such as Innovative Designer and Computational Thinker. They also engage in Computational Thinking Practices like pattern recognition, abstraction, and iterative problem-solving. This ensures students strengthen coding fluency while applying creativity to real-world challenges.
Focus Areas
In this focus area, students will put their Blockly programming skills to work on a variety of robotics challenges. They’ll program conditionals to solve mazes, design digital animations with lights and movements, and build themed tracks for their Ozobots. Students will also practice debugging, testing, and refining their code to ensure success in their designs. By the end, they’ll have confidence in applying coding logic to complex tasks, setting the stage for mastery in robotics and STEM.

Explore the colorful and fun world of Pop Art, just like Andy Warhol did with his iconic soup cans. Students will grab a paint brush and their brightest colors, and make everyday objects POP!

Class 22 - Sculpting Through Time

In this lesson, students will journey back in time to explore the fascinating history of sculpting, uncover the secrets of ancient techniques, and bring history to life by crafting their own 3D relief sculptures using clay.
