Our national recruitment strategy targets mission-driven educators and coaches with the skills and mindset to lead with confidence. Through scenario-based interviews and live demos, we assess not just what candidates know, but how they connect, manage a group, and bring curriculum to life. Every site also includes a dedicated Site Lead who bridges communication between school teams and BAM! staff to ensure alignment and consistency.

All instructors receive robust training in our curriculum as well as classroom management, inclusive teaching practices, and relationship-building. And through ongoing professional development, we help our teams continue to grow, so every student gets a high-quality experience, every time.
