    BAM's Soccer Program is meticulously aligned with SHAPE America’s National Standards for K-12 Physical Education. This program is designed to foster physical literacy by engaging students in soccer activities that promote the development of motor skills, physical fitness, and a lifelong love of the sport.

    Each lesson is structured to meet specific standards, ensuring students not only participate in soccer drills and games but also understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

    Each week, students will delve into different aspects of soccer, starting with dribbling and ball control, practicing techniques like close control dribbling and cone drills to improve precision and agility.

    Passing and teamwork will be key focuses, with drills such as short passes, long passes, and one-touch passing to enhance accuracy and coordination. Shooting techniques, including power shots, finesse shots, and volleys, will boost scoring proficiency.
