Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to ensure each of our school partnerships launch smoothly and successfully. In this cross-functional position, you’ll bridge Sales and Operations by translating partner needs into clear, actionable launch plans and by guiding schools through each step of our process to ensure a great launch of our program. From kickoff calls and site visits to coordinating supplies and staffing schedules, you’ll keep your teams aligned and your school partners confident.

You’ll also serve as a trusted resource for Sales, developing deep knowledge of BAM’s programs to evaluate how custom or out-of-scope requests may affect our operations. Your early insights will enable Sales to build strong, sustainable partnerships and to ensure that our delivery teams are fully prepared.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary logistical point of contact for internal teams and school partners during onboarding, in support of our Client Success Manager.
• Translate scopes of work into actionable launch plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Manage school site readiness assessments to support the success of our Program Managers' in-person site visits to schools.
• Coordinate with recruiting, training, and supply teams to ensure site needs are met on time.
• Oversee logistical aspects during kickoff meetings with site leaders and internal stakeholders, supporting the Client Success Manager.
• Document all implementation milestones in our Salesforce system and in our internal project trackers.
• Ensure a smooth handoff from our Sales team to our Operations team once each program is live.
• Identify risks early and troubleshoot issues quickly to keep program launches on track with the support of our Client Success Manager.
• Become deeply knowledgeable about BAM’s programming models, staffing plans, pricing structures, and operational capacity.
• Partner with our Sales team and our VP of Content during “deal scoping” to assess how custom program requests may impact implementation timelines, staffing needs, or program logistics.
• Provide clear, solution-focused input to help Sales and Operations stay aligned as new partnerships take shape.
• Contribute to refining BAM’s implementation playbook and onboarding resources.

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or program management (ideally in education, enrichment, or youth services).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Must love checklists and be extremely detail-oriented. 
• Comfort using Google Workspace, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and project management tools (like Asana or Monday.com).
• Proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused.
• Willingness to travel to California school sites as needed (approximately 20%).

Preferred:

• Experience working with K–12 schools, districts, or education nonprofits.
• Familiarity with E-LOP, Title I funding, and other after-school compliance standards.

Salary: $48,750 to $68,640
