Brains & Motion Education provides a Stress-Free Cancellation Policy

Before/After-School Program Cancellation/Refund Policy
- To ensure smooth operations and accurate planning for our programs, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by the BAM! Customer Support Team no later than the 15th of the month. When received by this date, the cancellation will take effect for the following month’s enrollment subscription, and no further charges will be incurred.
- Cancellation requests received after the 15th of the month will be applied to the subsequent billing cycle. Enrollment and associated charges will remain in place for the upcoming month. Prorated refunds are not available for mid-month withdrawals.
Inclement Weather Conditions:
- If class is canceled due to poor weather conditions, parents will be contacted by the company as soon as the decision is made in conjunction with the school. No refunds will be processed.
Attendance:
- If a student does not attend a day of the before or after-school program, no partial refunds, credits or make up days will be issued.
Refund processing:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 15 days of notification.
Supplemental Enrichment Course Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Registrations canceled at least 30 days prior to the start of the after-school program will receive a 100 percent refund, credited back to the original payment method.
- Registrations canceled 14-29 days prior to the start of the program will receive a 50 percent refund, credited back to the original payment method.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 14 days or less before the start of the after-school program.
If Brains & Motion cancels:
- Parents will be notified at least 14 days prior to the start of their after-school program of a cancellation. If another program is available, parents may choose to transfer their child to another program at that time or their registration fee may be refunded at 100 percent.

If you cancel:
- Registrations canceled at least 30 days prior to the start of camp will receive a 100 percent refund, credited back to your original payment method.
- Registrations canceled 14-29 days prior to the start of the program will receive a 50 percent refund, credited back to the original payment method.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 14 days or less before the start of the camp.
