The Training & Development Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving BAM!'s training strategy and materials for both full-time and seasonal program staff. This role is crucial in equipping Program Managers, Coordinators, Instructors, and Site Leaders with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to deliver high-quality, consistent, and inclusive learning experiences across all BAM! Sites. While supporting company-wide training initiatives, this role also integrates foundational elements of classroom management, social-emotional learning (SEL), and behavioral support in alignment with best practices in youth development. Additionally, it contributes to regional quality initiatives, including California's ELO-P standards and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) expectations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
- 4+ years in staff development, instructional design, or training within K-12 education, camps, or youth programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in classroom management, youth development, and behavioral support.
- Experience creating inclusive and culturally responsive training content.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and coaching techniques.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS, Moodle).
- Passion & excitement for utilizing AI to generate content (training videos, scripts, podcast-style audio, etc.)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for inspiring educators and nurturing youth through joyful learning.

Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000
