Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Jr. Training Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be the engine behind BAM!'s training content lifecycle — organizing, publishing, and refining the materials that prepare our instructors to deliver exceptional programming. You'll work closely with the COO and Ops leadership to produce polished training modules, coordinate instructor training schedules, and help us continuously improve how we develop our people at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Content Management
- Organize, review, and maintain BAM!'s training content library across Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides) and our Moodle LMS
- Publish and update training modules, ensuring content is accurate, current, and accessible to the right audiences
- Collect and synthesize feedback from instructors, program managers, and leadership to inform content improvements
- Maintain version control and naming conventions across all training assets
Content Development Support
- Assist the COO and Ops team in building training modules, slide decks, and facilitator scripts using tools including Claude AI, ChatGPT, Google Slides, and other relevant platforms
- Support the creation of visually engaging, clearly written training materials aligned to BAM!'s instructional standards
- Contribute to the writing, editing, and quality review of scripts, assessments, and module copy
Training Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate instructor training sessions in partnership with BAM!'s Operations Directors and Program Managers
- Manage scheduling logistics, calendar coordination, and communication with training participants
- Track training completion and flag gaps in compliance or participation
Who We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a training, operations, education, or content coordination role
- Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar)
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to support content creation and editing
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborative, proactive attitude — comfortable asking questions and flagging issues early
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing presentations or instructional content (slide decks, facilitator guides, e-learning modules)
- Background in writing or reviewing training materials, scripts, or educational content
- Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) — Moodle experience a strong plus
- Basic video editing skills or a genuine willingness to learn (e.g., CapCut, iMovie, Adobe Premiere) — hands-on training will be provided
- Background in education, EdTech, or enrichment programming is a bonus
